Colt 45 sign deal with Visible Noise
Up and coming Carlisle rockers Colt 45 (whose rather excellent “Inside The Triangle” EP we recently reviewed here) have signed a record deal with Visible Noise records, the label responsible for launching the careers of Bullet For My Valentine and Your Demise among others.
The group recently made the news at the CockRock festival in Cockermouth when they were called in to headline the festival at the last minute when rapper Wiley stormed off in a snit after 15 minutes after being booed by the crowd (who he had earlier referred to as “pagans” on Twitter – hmmm, we wonder what they could possibly have had against him?) and went down a storm in front of the packed crowd.
The group are expecting to announce their first releases for the label later this month – hopefully this will be the start of big things for one of the better new bands we’ve heard this year. Keep tuned to www.wearecolt45.com for all their latest news.
