Howling Mad Pints: Wolfsbane have their own brew
The brew is a 4.7% draught ale is brewed by Church End Brewery in Warwickshire. Their first batch is 5700 pints. We would happily chip away at that grand number for “quality control” purposes.
Wolfsbane commented on their namesake brew:”If we can make a success of this first brew then maybe there can be more to follow and we can move on to bottling too so it can become more widely available. This is the start and we are starting in a roots up traditionally brewed way. Purposely brewed using a process that’s been the same for hundreds of years. So we need your support at the start to make it a success.”
Wolfsbane guitarist, Jase Edwards samples a pint at the brewery.
There is a launch party for the tipple this Saturday at The Sir Robert Peel in Tamworth and it will be available on draught in Church End serving pubs (or you can get your local to order it in). Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01827 713080.
