Festival season is approaching us, and the kind folk at Wilful Publicity have given us two pairs of weekend admission tickets to Stone Free Festival at London’s o2 in June for two lucky winners.
In the event that you might have been living under a rock for the last few months, here’s the breakdown of the event so far:

The fine print: For events taking place at The O2:
(a) children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over; and
(b) children under 16 cannot enter the standing area and may only enter the event with seated tickets. We will not be liable to refund any standing tickets which have been purchased for use by children under 16 in relation to such events
When one talks about the music scene in Northern Ireland, there really hasn’t been one band or artist more dominant throughout the 90s, 00’s, and now in 2016 and still showing no signs of slowing down, then one can only be talking about Antrim’s own, Therapy? ‘Tides’, the third single from the bands 14th studio album ‘Disquiet’ is due for physical release in April. The o2 in London will be the site for a new Prog/Rock crossover festival. Stone Free Festival will be taking place on the 18th and 19th of June. With the Saturday focusing on rock and Sunday focusing on prog. Alice Cooper will be headlining Saturday in his only UK date scheduled for 2016, while legendary Yes keys man, Rick Wakeman will be headlining on the Sunday. Other acts announced so far are Therapy?, Marillion, The Darkness, Blackberry Smoke and Michael Monroe amongst others.
In addition to the acts, there will also be a classic vinyl fair, craft beer and food stalls, meet and greets, rock & roll story sessions amongst other activities to fill up two 12 hour days. There will be day, weekend and rock royalty VIP tickets available for the event, all of which are now on sale.
